My process began with listening closely to the client’s goal: to celebrate cricket culture while introducing the energy of the sport to a growing American audience. I then translated those goals into a cohesive visual system that could work across both the physical space and the branded merchandise. I collaborated closely with event venue coordinators to ensure all graphics were properly sized, production-ready, and delivered to printers on schedule.

Major League Cricket x Royal

To celebrate the inaugural season of Major League Cricket in the United States, our client, Royal, partnered with the league to host a large-scale fan event recognizing the league’s first season and honoring standout players.

As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for the creative execution of the event experience across every visual touchpoint. This included designing the event signage system, uniforms, large-scale environmental graphics, decals, merchandise, and attendee takeaways. With more than a hundred individual creative deliverables, the project required careful coordination and rapid production timelines.

The planning and execution were intense, with many moving parts and tight deadlines, but the result was a seamless branded environment that supported the event’s energy and storytelling. The event was well received by both attendees and the client, ultimately generating more than 500,000 impressions and increasing social media followers by 13%.

It was a very detailed project with a lot of moving pieces; one of those rare events where the chaos is part of the fun and the final result makes it all worth it.
